1. The data administrator is the company under the name Proxin Darłowo Sp. z o. o. Sp. k. (limited liability company) headquartered at ul. Wojskowa 4, 60-792 Poznań, VIN (NIP) 5252791021, UTR (REGON) 383459397.

2. Personal details of Customers are processed by the Administrator:

- to answer Customer queries sent to the developer,

- to pursue legitimate interests of the Seller, including sales and direct marketing,

- on foot of the relevant consent – exclusively for the purpose identified in the said consent given by Customer.

3. Personal details of Customers, such as first name, last name, address of residence, telephone number and e-mail address will be stored by the Administrator from the moment the same are entrusted by Customer until Customer has withdrawn his/her consent, save the legitimate interests of the Administrator.

4. Customers have the right to access their data and to rectify, remove, restrict the processing of, transfer their data, the right to object, the right to withdraw their consent at any time.

5. Customers have the right to complain to the supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection whenever they find that the processing of their personal data is in breach of the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.

6. Customers provide their personal data on a voluntary basis.
